Not really DC cards but the rumors of the time that the San Diego Padres were going to move to DC were so believable and the deal was so close to actually happening in late 1973 during the off season Topps produced 15 Padres cards marked as "Washington Nat'l Lea. They then corrected those cards with the "Padres" versions. (I have both sub-sets.)
